The ante nuptial agreements are those which the grantors execute in order to constitute the estate regime of their marriage and rule over the administration of the assets, which must fall back on both spouses, except otherwise agreed.
Ante nuptial agreements shall be granted prior to the celebration of the marriage and during it. They may be granted or modified during the marriage, before a Notary Public, with a public deed.
Among the basic requirements there are the agreements, the certificates of birth of both of the contracting parties and the general information form* of the signors with their official IDs (in the case of foreigners we ask for the passport and the form of legal stay in this country).
