With this procedure the Notary Officer certifies that a Copy is truly exact to its original, or if appropriate, to another Certified Copy.

The sole requirement is to present the original document or the certified copy with the original seals on the document to be colated.

With this deed the Notary Officer makes of record that the persons that appeared before him did so to recognize and ratify the signatures they stamped on a certain document and represented to be in their own hand.

As basic requirements we will ask for the original document whose signatures are to be ratified, general information form* of the signors with their official IDs (in the case of foreigners we ask for the passport and the form of legal stay in this country).

The ante nuptial agreements are those which the grantors execute in order to constitute the estate regime of their marriage and rule over the administration of the assets, which must fall back on both spouses, except otherwise agreed.

Ante nuptial agreements shall be granted prior to the celebration of the marriage and during it. They may be granted or modified during the marriage, before a Notary Public, with a public deed.
